Orders & Delivery

How do I choose my city / region?
On your first visit a location modal appears. You can also tap your current city in the top bar to change region & city any time. Products, vendors and shipping options are filtered to that region.
How long does delivery take?
Within the same city: 24–48 hours via TCS or Leopard. Other cities: 3–5 working days. Cash-on-delivery is available across all 14 cities we currently serve.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. COD is available on orders up to Rs. 25,000 across all supported cities. A small COD handling fee (Rs. 100) is added at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You'll receive an SMS + email with a tracking link once the courier picks up your parcel. You can also use the "Track Order" link in the top bar.

Sizes, Fit & Quality

How do I pick the right size?
Every product page lists numeric sizes with a Measurement tab. Match to your child’s numbered school size (typically chest inches for shirts, waist inches for trousers).
Are the uniforms exactly like the school shop?
Yes. Every vendor on Uniform Sale is verified and supplies the exact specification (fabric, colour, badge, stitching) for the schools they're listed under.
What fabric do you use?
Most shirts are 100% combed cotton; trousers/skirts are poly-viscose blends for shape retention; PE kits are breathable polyester. Each product page lists the exact composition.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I exchange a size?
Yes — within 7 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached. Raise an exchange request from your order page and the courier will pick it up.
What if a uniform has a stitching defect?
Take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. We'll replace it free of charge and pick the defective piece on the same trip.
How are refunds processed?
For COD orders, we transfer the refund to your bank account within 3 working days of receiving the return.

Selling on Uniform Sale (Vendors)

How do I become a vendor?
Apply from the "Sell with Us" page. Our team reviews your business documents and school approvals within 48 hours. Once approved you get a dashboard to upload products, manage inventory and orders.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee, no monthly fee. We earn only a small commission per successful order (10–15% depending on category).
How and when do I get paid?
Settlements happen every Friday for all delivered orders of the previous week. You'll see a full payout breakdown in your vendor dashboard.

Account & COD

Do I need an account to order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. But creating an account lets you re-order quickly, save sizes for each child, and track multiple deliveries.
How do I pay for my order?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay the courier when your uniform arrives at your doorstep.
